The saga of three

BOOKS

The world of The Boy at the End of the World doesn’t end with the film. The universe of this story also expands in literature – in an adventure trilogy for young readers, which allows for an even deeper immersion in the mysterious world of Krimo Island, its inhabitants, and extraordinary creatures.

The first volume, „The Boy at the End of the World – Awakening,” is a prequel to the film and recounts the events that began Omul’s great adventure. When strange things begin to happen on the island – the birds fall silent, the ocean recedes further than ever before, and a blue-eyed fox appears at night – Omul and his sister Kimi embark on a mysterious journey that could change the fate of the entire island.

The first volume is scheduled for release in May 2026, ahead of the film’s theatrical release. Subsequent installments will be released the same year, creating a saga of courage, siblings, and listening to the voice of nature, filled with adventure, humor, and magic.

Rescued by a whale, the siblings survive, but Kimi is left in a coma. Omul’s ability to talk to animals becomes crucial as he and his brother – who blames him for the accident – set out to find Sadumea, the mythical figure behind Kimi’s torment.

With their dog Tela, they embark on a dangerous expeditiondeep into the island to save Kimi…
